On the 4th of October, 2021 we organized a meeting that convened delegations from both sides of the Karabakh conflict as well as participants from various Austrian institutions for a confidential and personal exchange of views and positions. In a business-like and pragmatic mode, steps leading toward possible de-escalation, legal issues and priorities for problem solving were discussed. An entire section was devoted to the role of the international community and specifically, the EU and OSCE.
