Despite the rapprochement in recent negotiations, there is still ample room for improvement in the relations between the two countries. The workshop proposed by ICEUR is to explore the options for action on international, national and NGO levels as well as to elaborate proposals for a pragmatic dialogue. In order to enable a business-like discussion, the workshop operates under Chatham rules.
The overriding aim of this meeting, which is the 5th in a row and has already made considerable mileage, is to elaborate concrete proposals that may boost diplomatic and political initiatives.
