To what extent is the present Russian regime capable to maintain its views and strategic objectives? The large space between an elusive total victory and improbable total defeat can be filled with more or less plausible scenarios which, in the first line, depend on the further course of the war, but also on the learning capacity of the regime itself.
Prof. Nikolay Petrov, Senior Chatham House Fellow and head of the Center for Political- Geographic Research, will explore the options and choices of the Putin regime in a masterclass organized by ICEUR.
