Reports about a possible re-casting of the country´s top positions have become more frequent in the recent past. The background and the possible implications of such a step will be analyzed by Belarusian experts in the framework of a closed seminar under Chatham House rules. Representatives of interested government institutions and the expert community will participate in this event which promises to provide insights into the Belarusian attempts to have all the benefits and none of the hassle.
