On 24 June, shortly after Armenia’s parliamentary elections, ICEUR-Vienna, in cooperation with the Austrian National Defence Academy, hosted the 11th meeting between Armenian and Azerbaijani representatives. While Azerbaijan views a peace agreement as closer than ever, the outcome of the recent elections in Armenia has also introduced new uncertainties regarding the next steps in the peace process.
